Renovation of a municipal facility in Ridgway, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Project includes build-out of nine (9) offices and a small conference room within the existing large conference room area. Scope of work includes framing, electrical and mechanical installation, new flooring and construction of an overhead storage area. Bid security in the amount of 10% of the Bid shall accompany the Bid and be made payable to North Central Pennsylvania Regional Planning & Development Commission. Bidders must submit the non-collusion affidavit contained in the Bid documents. Pennsylvania prevailing wages will apply; applicable rates are included in the Bid documents and shall be reflected in the final Bid. The North Central Pennsylvania Regional Planning & Development Commission reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any and all informalities. Bids may be held by North Central for a period not to exceed60 days from the date of opening for the purpose of reviewing bids and investigating the qualifications of bidders, prior to awarding the contract.
