Site work for a bridge / tunnel in Ridgway, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel.
The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, the following: site work for a bridge / tunnel. As of September 5, 2023, a general contractor has not yet been selected for this project. A firm construction timeline for this project has not yet been released. All bids will become the property of Western Pennsylvania Conservancy and will not be returned. Once confirmed with the winning bidder, Notice of Award and a Bid Tabulation summary will be sent to all who submitted bids. The Contractor shall have experience in the construction of natural stream channel design practice for stream restoration and or habitat improvement for trout streams. Bids will only be accepted from those persons whose name and address are on record with WPC as having obtained the Bidding Documents. Answers to questions received in writing after the pre-bid meeting will be answered via email by Thursday, September 7th. WPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in the bidding.
