The Northcentral Region of the Pennsylvania Game Commission is soliciting bids for felling or mowing of trees and shrubs on approximately 99 acres of State Game Land No. 044, in Ridgway Twp. Elk County. The project will involve the felling of American Beech, Sweet Birch, and Striped Maple, less than 12 inches DBH unless they are marked reserved with red paint. Questions regarding any technical aspects of this bid should be directed to Regional Forester Gary Glick, at telephone no. (570) 398-4744 Ext. 30310. The Commission reserves the right to reject any or all bids and award contracts as it determines to be in the best interest of the Commission. Any security posted must have an expiration date a minimum of one year beyond the expiration date of the contract. As further guarantee of faithful performance of the conditions set forth in this contract, the Contractor hereby agrees to furnish the Commission with Certified Check, Savings Account, Irrevocable Letter of Credit, or other security acceptable to the Pennsylvania Game Commission, in the sum of $5,000.00 per. Duration: Upon award through 6/24/2022
