The City of Chico requests proposals from qualified Vendors to render certain professional services (Services) as set forth in this RFP to provide construction of fiber backbone infrastructure in the Project Area. The selected Vendor will complete outside plant construction, materials management, and technical services to construct the network. clarifying inquiries and questions which are due no later than 4:00 PM PST on 1 September 2023 . As of September 5, 2023, the due date has been confirmed with the owner. The city had cancelled the RFP.
