Bids submitted by mail or delivered should be labeled and addressed as follows: Bid for ADAMS AVENUE PAVING Attn: Tammy Johnson City of Valparaiso C/O Poly, Inc. 102 Sunset Lane Shalimar, Florida 32579 Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis as indicated in the BidForm. The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is Poly, Inc., 102 Sunset Lane, Shalimar, Florida 32579. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. All Bidders must show evidence of license on bid documents or Bid will not be considered by the Owner. The award of this contract is subject to Chapter 112, Florida Statutes, which requires any Bidder to declare any and all conflicts of interest. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and to waive technical errors if, in the Owners judgment, the best interest of the Owner will thereby be promoted. The Owner further reserves theright to negotiate price and time with the low bidder.
