ESTIMATED CONSTRUCTION COST: $4,300,000.00 Project consists of remodeling the existing 16,000 SF Coliseum men's and women's locker room. The new space will include, but not limited to new men's and women's locker rooms, multiple gender neutral changing rooms with showers, expand the laundry space, create an additional large workout room as well as create direct access to the swimming pool. The goal of this project is to upgrade and modernize the existing 16,000 SF Coliseum men's and women's locker room. To achieve this goal, a complete demolition of the space will be required to make way for the renovation. With the completed demolition, this will give way to a smaller men's and women' locker room space suitable to current use numbers. This will include but is not limited to men's and women's lockers as well as multiple individual shower stalls, water closets, and lavatories, as well as a sauna in each locker room. The remaining space has been delegated for multiple gender-neutral changing rooms with showers, an expand the laundry room, an additional large workout room with smash walls, as well as creating direct access to the swimming pool without accessing the locker room. *This project has been awarded and all trades have been let.
