Site work and paving for a civil project in Lincoln, Nebraska. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Lincoln Electric System is requesting bids to supply all materials, tools, labor, equipment and incidentals for the removal of a retaining wall and drainage improvement at the Lincoln Electric System Walter A. Canney Service Center per LES specifications included in this bid solicitation. Successful bidder will be required to complete (1) the LES Construction and Installation Contract; 2) furnish proof of insurance with coverage specified in the Contract by an insurance company licensed to do business in Nebraska and rated at least B+ in A.M. Bests Rating. Certificate must show LES listed as additional insured for general liability and include waiver of subrogation; 3) furnish a performance and labor and material payment bond from a surety licensed to do business in Nebraska and also rated at least B+ in A.M. Bests Rating, 4) Return a completed copy of the Equal Employment Opportunity Compliance Request Form. The clarification deadline has been extended to 4:00 PM CST on September 12, 2023 Communications and technical questions concerning this Bid shall be submitted using the LES Online Procurement System.
