CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 9/13/2023 4:00 PM Dublin Borough will receive bids for residential solid waste, recycling and yard waste collection, removal, transportation, and disposal services for January 1, 2024, through June 30, 2027, with two (2) option years - 7/1/2027 - 6/30/2028 and 7/1/2028 - 6/30/2029. Bids must be made on the forms furnished by Dublin Borough and must be accompanied by a certified check, bank draft or bid bond issued by a surety company licensed to conduct business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, in the amount of at least ten percent (10%) of the total bid amount made payable to Dublin Borough. The successful bidder will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory performance bond and provide insurance certificates.
