Dublin Borough is accepting bids for snow removal and anti-skid material application services for winter seasons commencing January 1, 2025 through December 31, 2027. Each proposal must be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check in the amount of 10% of the bid based on the total hourly rate per vehicles bid times ten hours. Successful bidders will be required to furnish, within fifteen days of the contract award, a performance bond in the amount of fifty percent (50%) of the total hourly rate per vehicles bid times ten hours. The successful bidder must be readily available during inclement weather or forecasted precipitation and furnish a certificate of liability and workmen's compensation insurance in amounts specified by the Borough and naming the Borough as an additional insured. Borough Council reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to award a contract deemed to be in the best interests of Dublin Borough.
