The City of Prairie Village is requesting bids for our 2023 Annual Tree Trimming Program. The project includes, but not limited to, trimming City street trees in designated areas and Park trees, including updating of Area Maps indicating dates trees were trimmed. For any additional information or questions, please contact Public Works at 913-385-4647 or via e-mail at publicworks@pvkansas.com. Non-resident corporations that are not already registered with the Kansas Secretary of State and all non-resident individuals and partnerships are required by law to register with the Director of Revenue, State Office Building, Topeka, Kansas, and to pay a fee of Ten Dollars ($10.00) for each and every contract as a precedent to commencing work on the contract. For contracts in excess of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000), the foreign contractor shall file with the Director of Revenue an acceptable bond for ten percent (10%) of the contract.
