Site work for a water / sewer project in Prairie Village, Kansas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The City of Prairie Village is requesting bids for a concrete channel replacement as part of our annual drainage program. Bids received after the designated closing time will be returned unopened. The project includes, but not limited to, Removal of approximately 115 feet of existing concrete channel and adjacent walls along the rear property line adjacent to residential properties. Cast-in-place concrete channel replacement and RCB headwall modifications and associated restoration. All equipment, material and workmanship must be in accordance with the Bid Documents, Plans, Project Manual and Contract Documents on file with the City Clerk, Prairie Village, Kansas. Non-resident corporations that are not already registered with the Kansas Secretary of State and all non-resident individuals and partnerships are required by law to register with the Director of Revenue, State Office Building, Topeka, Kansas, and to pay a fee of Ten Dollars ($10.00) for each and every contract as a precedent to commencing work on the contract. For contracts in excess of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000), the foreign contractor shall file with the Director of Revenue an acceptable bond for ten percent (10%) of the contract.
