Site work for a water / sewer project in Des Moines, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to: 1. Furnishing and installing dry coolers and accessories for the Emergency Generator. 2. Replacing existing exhaust fans with new equipment. 3. Structural improvements necessary to support new equipment. 4. Furnishing and installing complete glycol water system including pumps, piping, insulation, air control equipment, and specialties. 5. Electrical and controls required to put system in operation and as described in documents. 6. Relocation of air compressor control panel and transfer switch. 7. Start-up of new dry cooling system. 8. Alignment and adjustment of assembled equipment as necessary to achieve proper function, including testing and balancing as described in documents. 9. Demolition of existing process water piping and appurtenances, fans, and related items. 10. Removal and proper disposal of all unused equipment and materials from the Project site.
