CPN Yorkshire Water Line Replacement Project Location: The project is located in the City of Castle Pines, generally west of I-25 and north of Castle Pines Parkway in Douglas County, Colorado. Scope of Work: Work includes installation of approximately 3,000 linear feet of an 8-inch water line in Yorkshire Drive. Work includes connections to existing water lines, fire hydrants, gate valves, bends, and reconnection of existing water services to the new water line. Work also includes abandoning the existing water line in-place. A 10 percent bid bond or certified check payable to Castle Pines North Metropolitan District shall be submitted with each bid. The District reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, or to accept that proposal or combination of proposals, if any, which in its sole and absolute judgment, will under all circumstances best serve the District's interest.
