Reference Number 0000254881 Question Acceptance Deadline 2023/09/18 01:00:00 PM EDT The Term of this Agreement is intended for a period of one (1) year with an option in favour of the Board(s) to extend the Term of the Agreement, on the same Terms and Conditions, for an additional two (2) years The Bluewater District School Board is requesting proposals from qualified Contractors for the provision of Snow Removal and Sanding and/or Salting Services for the sites listed in in Appendix F - Locations and Contact Information The successful Contractor(s) will be required to provide, as part of this Contract, all labour, appropriately licensed vehicles, machines, tools, equipment, and any other item necessary to clear snow and sand/salt from the following areas. Parking lots Fire lanes Bus entrances Board sidewalks Door entrances Portable classroom areas other areas as described herein, including instructions given at the mandatory site visits or as noted on the site maps The initial Term on this Agreement shall commence on or around October 15, 2023 and shall expire on September 30, 2024. This Agreement shall not extend beyond September 30, 2026. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
