Improvements to adjacent tank site, grading, drainage, piping, valve vaults, tank appurtenances, electrical and controls. Selective demolitions of existing fence, tank drainpipe, and tank appurtenances. TMWA reserves the right to reject any or all bids, including nonconforming, non-responsive, unbalanced, or conditional bids. TMWA also reserves the right to waive informalities.
