Remodeling of a municipal facility in Boone, North Carolina. Conceptual plans call for the remodel of a municipal facility.
One - Two Sentences Within the Miles Annas Student Services Building, (c.1981), remodel a portion of the existing Post Office to remove assignable post office boxes and to reconfigure the space to accommodate and include approximately 575 smart-lockers for processing around 900 parcels per day. Additional remodeling will address the relocation of the passport office and other public facing areas of the Post office that will include finishes upgrades and incidental modifications to plumbing, electrical, HVAC and fire protection systems.
