Striping and Signage Improvements to: Downing Musgrove Road, Withers Road, Olive Leaf Road, Cutting Loop Road, Locklier Road, and Shiloh Road (Total of 25.83 Miles) All proposals shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond in favor of Clinch County in the amount of at least five percent (5%) of the lump sum bid for the complete work: such Bid Bond representing that the Bidder, if awarded a Contract, will promptly enter into a Contract and furnish Performance Bond and Payment Bonds as provided by the law and approved by the Attorney for Clinch County. Performance Bond shall be equal to 100 Percent (100%) of the contract amount and Payment Bond shall be equal to 100 percent (100%) of the Contract amount. The Owner reserves the right to reject all bids and to waive informalities, and to accept any Bid which in its opinion may be in the best interest of the Owner. The Owner has the right to add or to delete from the Contract once it has been awarded.
