Renovation of a mixed-use development in Wayne, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
HVAC Renovations and Upgrades at New Eagle Elementary School, Valley Forge Elementary School, Tredyffrin/Easttown Middle School, Valley Forge Middle School, and Network Operations Center. The project consists of mechanical renovations and upgrades, and associated miscellaneous electrical, and general trades work at New Eagle Elementary School (NEES), Valley Forge Elementary School (VFES), Tredyffrin/Easttown Middle School (TEMS), Valley Forge Middle School (VFMS), and Network Operations Center (NOC). Including new mechanical equipment at NEES and TEMS; mechanical equipment replacement at VFES, TEMS, VFMS, and NOC; BAS Upgrades at TEMS, VFMS, and NOC; and duct cleaning at VFMS. The Board of School Directors reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive errors or technical defects in the bid or bid forms. Questions regarding this project shall be submitted via electronically.
