Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract for Pump Repair and Replacement Citywide with Borough of the Bronx Focus (HMSD). No Bid Security Required. This contract shall be subject to the New York City Housing Authority's Project Labor Agreement and, as part of its bid, the Bidder must submit (1) a Letter of Assent to the Project Labor Agreement signed by the Bidder; and (2) Letters of Assent signed by each of the Bidder's proposed Subcontractors. The Term of this Contract is three (3) years with the option to extend, at NYCHA's sole discretion, for two (2) one-year periods. All vendors are required to participate in NYCHA's MWBE Utilization Plan. Vendors are required to complete and submit at least ONE of the following items by the due date listed: A.
