The Two Jack Lakeside Utility Rehabilitation project aims to complete upgrades to the core campground sanitary, electrical, and potable water infrastructure to maintain the current level of visitor services for years to come while making environmental gains and achieving operational efficiencies. To achieve this, Parks Canada Agency is looking to complete a site survey investigation with the purpose of supporting detailed design work. This survey will allow Parks Canada Agency to initiate a detailed utility upgrade design that will encompass electrical, sanitary, potable water and site restoration and rehabilitation scopes. Please note that detailed design will be contracted separately and is not included within this scope of work. The estimated contract period will be 6 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2023/09/25. Contractor shall perform and complete the Work no later than January 15, 2024. Enquiries regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing and should be received no later than five (5) business days prior to the date set for solicitation closing to allow sufficient time to provide a response. Enquiries received after that time may result in an answer NOT being provided. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
