Renovation of an educational facility in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Renovation of the student PINE Lounge in room 259. Scope of work includes modifications to the room's mechanical systems to accommodate smudging in the room including a new exhaust vented directly to the exterior of the building. Included within this work is modifications to existing ceiling grid, exterior wall penetration for exhaust, sealing of all wall penetrations in perimeter walls and associated electrical. Additionally, the scope of work in room 259 includes new LED lighting and controls, new power, plumbing for the kitchen, kitchen millwork, supply and install of new lockers, patch and paint all walls, and new flooring. Documents are available at https://umanitoba.bonfirehub.ca/ * Only those companies, who are on the list of Pre-qualified General Contractors of University of Manitoba, are eligible to bid this project.
