Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Effingham, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Manhole Rehabilitation Repair and install manhole coatings within the areas as specified. Bid security in the form of a certified or bank cashier's check or a Bid Bond in an amount not less than 5% of the estimated value of contract shall accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The Work shall be completed and invoiced by Friday, May 10, 2024. There will not be a pre-bid conference. The Illinois Department of Labor Prevailing Wage Rate for Effingham County shall establish the minimum wages to be paid to workers under this Contract. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive irregularities therein, and all Bidders shall agree that such rejection shall be without liability on the part of the Owner for any damage or claim brought by any Bidder because of such rejections, nor shall the Bidders seek any recourse of any kind against the Owner because of such rejections.
