A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The Town of Nolensville is accepting sealed bids for 2023 Roadway Repairs - consisting of undercutting, base failure repair, cold planing, asphalt surfacing, striping, and Infrared Repair Repair Locations May Include, but Not Limited to, Brittain Ln, Cowan Dr, Creekside Dr, Johnson Industrial Blvd, Mcfarlin Rd, Mill Creek Ln, Newsome Ln, Rocky Fork Rd, Stonebrook Blvd, Wiggins Ct, York Rd, and Various Infrared Repair Locations Each Proposal must be accompanied by a Bid Bond on the form contained herein from a Surety Company acceptable to the Owner, or a certified check, or a cashiers check made payable to the Owner, for not less than ten (10%) percent of the amount of the bid. Checks will be returned to all except the three low bidders within ten (10) days after opening of the bids and the remaining checks will be returned promptly after the Owner and accepted bidder have executed the contract. If no award has been made within sixty (60) days after the bid opening, the checks will be returned to the three low bidders, upon demand, at any time thereafter Bidders must submit a copy of a current contractors license and business license, copies of liability and workers compensation insurance with the bid.
