The East Chicago Housing Authority (ECHA) is issuing a Request for Quotes (RFQ) from qualified companies to provide floor cleaning services for select locations for the ECHA. By providing these services, the company selected will insist the ECHA in providing housing that is safe, sanitary and in good repair. All submissions will be date stamped upon receipt. No submittals will be accepted after this time. Faxed and emailed proposals will not be accepted. Please submit two (2) copies of the proposal, with the exception being the HUD #5369-C, HUD #5370-C and Section 3 Certification forms, only one copy is needed of those forms. Women and Minority owned companies are strongly encouraged to submit a proposal. Submission Instructions: Submit a proposal marked Floor Cleaning Services 2023020 to Gloria Hinojosa, c/o East Chicago Housing Authority, 4444 Railroad Ave., East Chicago, IN 46312. If a company has submitted a proposal in error, the original proposal may be picked up or dismissed and resubmitted before the submission deadline. Submissions will not be publicly opened.
