ACHS Modular Classroom Bid Fremont County School District #38 is accepting bids for 2 Classroom Modulars and related accessories for Fremont County School District #38 at 445 Little Wind River Bottom Road, Riverton Wyoming 82501. All questions should be submitted in writing or email to Curt Mayer, Superintendent, at curtis.mayer@fremont38.com. Final date for question submission is 1 PM on Friday September 15th, 2023. Bid Requirements: Bids received after the bid date and time will not be accepted. Fremont County School District #38 reserves the right to accept or reject any part of or the entire bid at its sole discretion. Fremont County School District #38 reserves the right to waive minor discrepancies in bid submissions. Bids must be valid for a period of not less than 90 days from the date of submission. Bid documents are the property of Fremont County School District #38 and will not be returned to the bidder. Bidders are to include cut sheet information on all products being supplied. Warranty time frame on the materials are to be included in the bid. Bidders are to supply two paper copies of the bid. One (1) original and one (1) copy. Project Description: All freight to job site is to be included in pricing Time Frame: A successful bid is expected to be awarded no later than Tuesday, September 26th, 2023.
