The City of North Las Vegas (City) is requesting bid proposals for the Fire Station 53 West Structural Remediation The work generally consists of excavation, demolition, leveling, underpinning using a pile/grade beam system, and all other appurtenances as required for the existing Fire Station 53 building. The project shall be completed within two hundred ten (210) consecutive calendar days from the date specified in the Notice to Proceed, which time shall include resolution of all punch list items, final cleanup, and demobilization. The estimated monetary range of this project is $1,500,000 to $1,800,000.
