Site work for an educational facility in Upper Chichester, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility.
Replacement of bleachers, new turf field, new running track, new access road, paved perimeter path, and associated site work; construction of new field house and ticket booth. Site improvements around the existing high school buildings. Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 10% percent of the proposal amount. No proposal may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after opening, except as permitted under the Bid Withdrawal Act 73 P.S. Section 1602. However, this time period is extended to 120 days if the award of a contract is delayed due to the required approval by another government agency, the sale of bonds or the award of a grant. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities to the extent permitted by Pennsylvania law. 1. Substantial completion dates by phase: a. Site and Athletic Facilities: March 15, 2024 b. Building Construction: July 19, 2024 2. Full and final completion shall be complete by Monday, August 19, 2024.
