AWARDED SUBCONTRACTOR IS LENNI ELECTRIC CORP IN THE AMOUNT OF $247,182.20 SR 452/I-95/Chestnut Street Signal Improvements The successful bidder, who is awarded the contract, will be required to pay online Program a fee of 1/3 of 1% of the contract award value. There is a minimum award fee of $100.00 and a maximum of $5,000.00. Bidders must confirm the fees associated with bidding through online and the successful bidder is responsible for the fees associated with the awarded bid. Questions Due Date: Jan 30th 2025, 4:00 PM EST Online Portal A certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid, made payable to Upper Chichester Township, must accompany each bid. Attention of Bidders is called to all of the requirements contained in this bid package, particularly to the PA Prevailing Wage Rates, Public Works Employment Verification Act, various insurance requirements, various equal opportunity provisions, various online requirements, and the requirements for a payment bond and performance bond for 100% of the contract price and a one year maintenance bond for 10% of the contract price. Upper Chichester Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids thereof, and the right to waive any informalities, defects, errors or omissions in any or all of the bids which they deem are in the best interest of the Township.
