Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Upper Chichester, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The scope of work includes but is not limited to: storm sewer maintenance including inlet and manhole rehab/replacement and main repairs/replacements, and associated roadway/sidewalk/curbing/non-roadway restoration. Bids providing pricing for Lots 1 and/or 3 only will not be considered. The Borough Council reserves the right to reject any bid and to award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder(s) whose services are judged to best meet the interest of the Borough. The Borough reserves the right to waive any informalities or minor irregularities during evaluation of the bids. A certified check or bid bond shall be included with the bid in the amount of 10% of the following estimated Lot amounts: for Lots 1 and 2, is estimated to be $25,000 and for Lots 3 and 4, the estimated amount is $100,000. Performance and Payment bonds in the amount of 100% of the contract price shall be required as work is identified.
