1.2.1. Provide repairs to Range Road 73 starting at the intersection of Firing Center Road crossing the tank trail up to the split in the road including both legs of the split that serves Range 73 and Range 1 by removing all existing asphalt from the road, grade and reestablish proper grades, compact, prep and replace with a minimum of 5 compacted new asphalt. The contractor shall repaint all road markings.
1.2.2. Provide repairs to MTEF Parking area starting at the concrete divider to the west of the MTEF Facility including the road directly in front of the Bldg 1906 with attached Parking area, as well as the parking loop, around the garage building to the equipment staging area to the east of the garage. Includes radius approaches to the buildings and turnouts by removing all existing parking blocks and asphalt from the road/parking lot and 12 inches of material below the asphalt, compact, place new subbase and top course, grading to reestablish proper grades, compact, prep and replace with a minimum of 6 compacted new asphalt. The contractor shall repaint all road and parking markings. The contractor shall install all new parking blocks in the designated parking area.
1.2.2.1. The contractor shall supply all supervision, labor, equipment, and materials to perform all work in strict accordance with the contract specifications and this statement of work.
