Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in McAdam, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

* Award subject to final approval. To supply and install new underground storm piping on Saunders Road (Poplar to Birch) in McAdam NB, complete with connections, fittings, and structures, cast-in-place concrete curb and gutter, and reinstatement of roadway and sidewalk. Bid Documents may be obtained by General Contractors from EXP Services Inc., 1133 Regent Street, Suite 300, Fredericton, NB E3B 3Z2 upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit of $100.00 per set (including HST). A Bid Bond or certified cheque in the amount of 10 percent of Bid Price (including HST) must accompany each Bid. The successful Bidder will be required to provide a Performance Bond and Labour and Materials Payment Bond as specified in the Bid Documents.
