Bid Documents may be obtained by General Contractors from EXP Services Inc., 1133 Regent Street, Suite 300, Fredericton, NB E3B 3Z2 upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit of $100.00 per set (including HST). A Bid Bond or certified cheque in the amount of 10 percent of Bid Price (including HST) must accompany each Bid. The successful Bidder will be required to provide a Performance Bond and Labour and Materials Payment Bond as specified in the Bid Documents.
