Reference Number NB-FRE-25016941- Underground storm pipe replacement and upgrades; new storm pipes, manholes, and structure adjustments; concrete curb and gutter; asphalt milling and repaving; granular subbase and base; guide rails and guide posts; pavement markings; topsoil and hydroseed; traffic control; mobilization A Bid Bond or certified cheque in the amount of 10 percent of Bid Price (including HST) must accompany each Bid. The successful Bidder will be required to provide a Performance Bond and Labour and Materials Payment Bond as specified in the Bid Documents. The owner reserves the right to award none, part or all of the work documented in the attached drawings and specifications. Bid Documents may be obtained by General Contractors from EXP Services Inc., 140 Carleton Street, Suite 200, Fredericton, NB E3B 3T4 upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit of $100.00 per set (including HST).
