Exterior concrete steps at Dalhousie Regional High School, 500 Canada Games Drive, Dalhousie, NB. Replacement of exterior concrete steps, associated concrete walks, metal railings, excavation and backfilling, granular base and sub-base, asphalt paving, landscaping repairs including topsoil placement and seeding, and all related demolition and reinstatement as shown on drawings and specifications Bids must be submitted by email to ConstructionBidsSoumissions@SNB.ca. All bids must be properly signed, legible, completed, and contain the proper solicitation number. The proponent is responsible for ensuring the complete bid is received before the closing date and time. All bids must be in Canadian Funds and must not include sales taxes in the pricing. All tenders must be DDP (delivery duty paid) per Incoterms 2020 DDP, with the seller bearing all costs and risks until delivery. Bid submissions must be accompanied by a security deposit of 10% of the total bid price.
