West Valley School District is authorized under RCW 39.80 to maintain a roster of architectural, engineering, specialty consultants, and specialty services who are eligible to perform consulting services for various projects on the basis of the specific project requirements. Firms including but not limited to: licensed architects and engineers, other professional services such as: support services in planning, programming, environmental analysis, soils engineering, hazardous materials consulting, survey consulting, geotechnical consulting, special inspection and testing consulting, traffic engineering consulting, value analysis, constructability review, commissioning services, fire protection, mechanical and electrical engineers, energy studies and other miscellaneous and professional service consultants. Registration for our SMALL WORKS ROSTER. West Valley School District's Small Works Roster is our listing of any State of Washington Licensed Contractor who has registered for our roster to be considered for any Capital Projects under $350,000, making it easier for contractors to compete and help the district reduce the cost of bidding. If you are licensed in WA, and interested in being considered for any and all facilities and Capital Projects across the District, you will need to register for our Small Works Roster. The district does not guarantee any specific amount of work as a result of a firm placed on these rosters. It is the responsibility of the consultant/contractor to keep file/contact information current.
