Penn St. to E. Honeywell Ave. on Market St. and from Front St. to Market St. on E. Honeywell Ave., including valves, fire hydrants, and other appurtenances. Work includes removal and replacement of existing curb and gutter, asphalt pavement, replacement of several public side water services and minor concrete sidewalk removal and replacement. Total project length is approximately 1,800 feet.
