The City of Norwich will rank the responses received on an evaluation of technical skills, experience, and reference information. The City of Norwich will select a firm based on these qualifications to enter into an agreement for services, subject to negotiation. The City of Norwich is seeking NYS CDBG, NYS WIIA and DWSRF grant/loan funding to support a planning project(s) and requires the services of a consultant to assist in the grant administration and program delivery. Please provide information on how your firm can provide one or more of these services as they may be required. The proposal should address personnel qualifications and experience providing these services to municipalities. The project includes: Procuring an Engineering Firm to complete a preliminary engineeringIntroduction The City of Norwich is seeking proposals from engineering firms qualified to provide engineering services in connection to a PY2023 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) for a planning and future engineering project(s). Please note that the City may develop potential additional applications to the NYS Water Infrastructure Program (WIIA) and the NYS Drinking Water State Revolving Loan Fund (DWSRF). The qualified engineering firm's services will include but are not limited to planning and professional engineering design services in connection with a CDBG grant as well as future potential NYS WIIA and DWSRF funded implementation components. Time of Performance The City of Norwich anticipates awarding one contract for all engineering services as listed above study identify needed infrastructure (water and sewer) replacement work and alternatives within the City of Norwich.
