Project was awarded to the following contractors: Electrical: J & A Electrical $20,500 Painting: Marchuska $8,100 (For Room) and $3,450 (For Radiators) Flooring: Marchuska $25,175 and Carpetsplus Colortile $8,570.60 (For Seagrass) Ceiling: Wilcox Construction $24,415 Engineering Services: Principle Design & Engineering $4,200 (After Clarification) Shelving: Creative Library Concepts $23,412.66. Classification(s): Construction Vertical: Building Construction; Rehabilitation & New Construction - Construction Facilities, Maintenance, Repair & Building Operations - Construction Please accept this letter as a Request for Proposals for the performance of services by a contractor for the following project: Guernsey Memorial Library Building upgrades - Drop ceiling, LVT flooring, electrical upgrades, painting and radiator cover replacement Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No Questions can be directed to guernsey@4cls.org. The library reserves the right to reject any and all bids if they are not suitable, but the successful firm will be expected to enter into a contract with the Library and the proposal price must be in effect for 180 days following receipt.
