In general, the work consists of: a comprehensive redevelopment of bathroom facilities. Trades include General, Plumbing, Mechanical and Electrical. Specialty items customary to correctional settings are included. This work is located in a secure setting Bid Guarantee in the amount of 10% of the Bid must accompany each bid submitted.
