Renovation of a detention facility in Fox Lake, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.
Notice is hereby given in accordance with Section 16.855(10). Wisconsin Statutes, that the Division believes it is in the best interests of the State to contract the following work from only one source, without the usual statutory procedures: Provide all engineering labor and materials to perform Direct Digital Control (DDC) work described in specification section 23 09 24 for this project. In general the work consists of: Replacement of (1) Steam to Hot Water Heat Exchanger, System Hot Water Pumps, Expansion Tank, Control Valves and Addition of Direct Digital Controls (DDC) 35 for the Recreational Building. Contractors already having a background check at FLCI will still need to contact the institution to be added to the gate memo to attend the meeting.
