Erosion Control: Erosion mat, turbidity barrier, silt fence, sediment logs, and stormwater swales. Site Improvements: Concrete sidewalk improvements, asphalt parking lot paving and repair, ADA accessible canoe kayak launch, ADA accessible fishing pier, park benches, picnic tables, preliminary setup for ADA playground, free standing drinking fountain and seawall modification. Electrical: Electrical service, and underground conduit. Utilities: Sanitary sewer force main service and grinder pump, and water line Buildings: 1) Prefabricated Concrete Restroom: purchase and installation, including foundation and, associated site utilities. 2) Existing Shelter Upgrades: Concrete sidewalk around shelter, new doors and windows, and other updates. (Additive Alternate) Site and Turf Restoration: Site and turf restoration. General site clean-up and amenities installed. No proposal will be accepted unless accompanied by a certified check or bid bond equal to at least 5% of the amount bid, payable to the OWNER as a guarantee that, if the bid is accepted, the bidder will execute and file the proper contract and bond within 15 days after the award of the contract. The certified check or bid bond will be returned to the bidder as soon as the contract is signed, and if after 15 days the bidder shall fail to do so, the certified check or bid bond shall be forfeited to the OWNER as liquidated damages. No bid may be withdrawn within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
