2024 Annual Striping Program. Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all registered plan holders. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Owner Rights: The right is reserved to reject any and all bids and to waiver informalities in the bidding. The improvement for which bids will be received is described below: The work is to be performed within the defined timelines, Season 1 between May 28, 2024 and June 14, 2024, Season 2 between August 05, 2024, and August 16, 2024. All work shall be completed prior to August 23, 2024. This work includes roadway striping on Kittitas County, City of Ellensburg, City of Kittitas, and the Town of South CleElum roads. The engineer's estimated range for the project is $290,000.00 - $322,000.00. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
