Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Fox Lake, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The work for which bids are asked includes the following approximate quantities: 800 LF of sanitary sewer (8" PVC) and laterals along with associated sanitary sewer work; 800 L.F. of water main (8" PVC) and services; 500 LF of storm sewer (12" thru 15" RCP) and associated storm structure work; 3,200 S.Y. aggregate base installation; 2,400 S.Y. of asphalt pavement; 1,400 L.F. concrete curb and gutter; 1,000 S.Y. topsoil and seeding; as well as all related work including unclassified excavation, erosion control, traffic control, site restoration and clean up . a certified check or bid bond equal to at least 5% of the amount bid, payable to the Owner as a guarantee that, if the bid is accepted, the bidder will execute and file the proper contract and bond within 15 days after the award of the contract. The certified check or bid bond will be returned to the bidder as soon as the contract is signed, and if after 15 days the bidder shall fail to do so, the certified check or bid bond shall be forfeited to the Owner as liquidated damages.
