Site work for a mixed-use development in Sutter Creek, California. Completed plans call for site work for a residential development.
The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and further reserves the right to waive any irregularities in the bids. The work is generally described as follows: Sanitary sewer main improvements in the Sutter Oaks Residential Area, including replacing approximately 4502 lineal feet of existing six (6) inch Clay Pipe sewer main using the Pipe Bursting Method , replacing approximately 553 lineal feet of existing four (4) inch Clay Pipe sewer main using the Pipe Bursting Method, installing two (2) new manholes, installing ten (10) new cleanouts, and reconnection of sixty-three (63) existing sewer services to the newly replaced sewer mains. Inquiries or questions based on alleged patent ambiguity of the plans, specifications or estimate must be communicated as a bidder inquiry prior to bid opening directed to the City Engineer at Sutter Creek City Hall in writing to grant.wrfed@gmail.com. Any such inquiries or questions, submitted after bid opening, will not be treated as a bid protest.
