Remodeling and renovation of a military facility in Carlisle Brks, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the remodel of a military facility.
The objective of this project is for the Contractor to provide all labor, materials and equipment necessary to remove the existing steam Boiler 512 and all related appurtenances and replace with a back-up hot water boiler in Bldg. 450 Dunham Army Health Clinic, Carlisle Barracks, PA, in accordance with all Federal, State, and Installation codes and laws, to include preparation of a design as discussed below. Work shall be accomplished in accordance with the signed and sealed design documents developed by the contractor who is awarded the project and Technical Criteria paragraph below. construction is Between $100,000 and $250,000
