UMBA, through its Prequalification Committee, has prequalified firms that submitted the required Statement of Qualifications (SOQ). All subcontractors must be prequalified for this project, and receive notice from the owner's project manager, Colliers Project Leaders that they have met the requirements set forth in the Request for Qualifications (RFQ). Only prequalified firms will be permitted to submit proposals for the category of work in which they were prequalified. Pre-Bid Conference Date: TBD ontractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000.
