This Project includes federal funding; however, payment of Davis-Bacon wages does not apply. OPRD will NOT withhold retainage from payments made under the resulting Contract 1. Demolish existing boat ramp, docks, steel piles, vault toilet and parking lot. 2. As mitigation, remove and dispose of 30-wood derelict piles located in Salisbury Slough. 3. Construct new boat ramp, piling, parking lot and storm water treatment swales. 4. Install Owner-supplied docks, vault toilet and signage. Specific items furnished by Owner: 1. CXT Vault Toilet 2. Docks 3. Signs Prospective Bidders have until 4:00 PM on September 18, 2023 to submit written questions
