PROJECT INFORMATION. Hamilton County School District 410002, commonly known as Giltner Public Schools, is requesting proposals from qualified construction management firms (CM) to provide construction management at risk services for a School Facilities Improvement Project, comprised of a combination of renovation, remodeling, addition and/or new construction likely resulting in, but not necessarily limited to, new or updated classrooms, commons space, food service, administration, entrance, athletic facilities supporting facilities, and/or related infrastructure and improvements. The "Architect" for the project is Wilkins Architecture Design Planning LLC ("Wilkins ADP"), 2908 West 39th Street, Suite A, Kearney, NE 68845, Attn: Jacob Sertich, AIA, (308) 237-5787, jsertich@wilkinsadp.com.
