The Pflugerville Independent School District is soliciting requests for proposals (RFP's) for services related to Multiple Campus Playground Modernization Project. The awarded firm will be expected to provide services in accordance with specifications and conditions embodied within this document. The project has an estimated budget of $3,397,000 The district intends to obtain substantial completion of this project by July 26, 2024 and final completion of this project by August 2, 2024.

The scope of work includes the renovations at seven existing campuses: Copperfield Elementary, Northwest Elementary, Dessau Elementary, Delco Elementary, Murchison

This Project shall include a liquidated damages provision providing for liquidated damages for each calendar day of delay until the Work is substantially. Payment and Performance Bonds in the amount of 100% of the contract price must be provided by the awarded firm within five days of contract award.
