Project Summary:
The project consists of:
1. New construction of (1) one 1-story 2,100 square foot Team Room building addition to the existing Locker Room building.
2. Renovation of existing 10,910 square foot Boys and Girls Locker Room building. Project is subject to a minimum DVBE participation percentage (goal) of 3%. Reference DVBE folder for more information on the process and the required form to complete. C.W. Driver will place a DVBE advertisement. All DVBE paperwork must be completed and submitted at bid time. Wages: This is a Prevailing Wage and Skilled and Trained Workforce project. This is NOT a PLA/PSA project. Schedule: Project is anticipated to start on January 15, 2024. Construction duration is approximately 12 months. WD Prequalification: If you are not already Prequalified with Driver, submit your Prequalification 5 business days before bid opening. San Dieguito UHSD Prequalification: Contractors utilizing an A or B license are required to be District Prequalified. Also, all Kitchen Equipment, Fire Sprinkler, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Sheetmetal contractors and all their tiers, are required to be District Prequalified. If you fall into these categories, and you are not yet District Prequalified, you will need to submit your pre-qualification application at least 10 business days prior to bid opening and be prequalified at least 5 business days prior to the bid opening.
