The Work of the Project as defined by the Contract Documents consists of Sand Creek Elementary School, HVAC Replacement and Deferred Maintenance - Phase 3, located at 12156 Olive Street Northwest, Coon Rapids, Minnesota 55448, as represented in the Contract Documents prepared by Armstrong, Torseth, Skold & Rydeen, Inc., Architects and Engineers, Minneapolis, Minnesota and their Consultants. Project consists of removing existing hot water radiation and unit ventilators. Providing roof mounted energy recovery units with condensing units will be used to provide ventilation air to each space. The existing pneumatic temperature control system will be replaced with a direct digital control system. The existing temperature control system will be upgraded with a direct digital control system. Architectural work includes acoustical ceiling panel replacement, floor polishing, light fixture replacement, marker board replacement, wall repair, wall painting, casework replacement, and patching required for Mechanical Work. No bids will be considered unless sealed, accompanied by a bid security, and delivered to the Director of Purchasing at the Anoka-Hennepin School District, Educational Service Center, located at 2727 North Ferry Street, Anoka, Minnesota, Entrance #1. The District reserves the right to reject all quotes submitted.
